Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site junior Chartered Accountant role based in Mumbai. The junior Chartered Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements. The role involves supporting statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. The individual will help prepare tax returns, manage reconciliations, review documentation for accuracy, and support budgeting and financial analysis activities. The junior Chartered Accountant will work closely with senior finance and consulting team members to provide financial insights that support client engagements and internal decision-making.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in accounting and finance, including knowledge of Indian GAAP/Ind AS, financial statements, and basic financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in tax and regulatory compliance,



including understanding of direct and indirect taxation, statutory filings, and audit support.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting tools and technology, such as MS Excel, accounting/ERP software, and basic data management.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills to review financial data, identify variances, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, interact with clients, and present financial information clearly.
- Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) or equivalent, with a junior/entry-level profile; internships or 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or consulting will be beneficial.
