- Support the QA/QC function for pressure vessels, storage vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, process modules and heavy fabricated equipment.
- Prepare, implement and maintain the QA/QC Manual, including quality system procedures, formats and records, and ensure its effective deployment across the shopfloor.
- Lead ASME Certification activities (U Stamp application, demonstration, joint review and closure of findings) in coordination with the Authorized Inspection Agency (AIA) and ASME.
- Act as the primary interface with the Authorized Inspector (AI), AIA, TPI agencies and statutory bodies for hold points, stage inspections and documentation review.
- Develop, qualify and control WPS, PQR and welder qualifications (WPQ),



welding procedures; prepare and approve Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and NDT procedures.
- Control and witness NDT (RT, UT, PT, MT, PAUT), PWHT, hydrostatic testing, PMI and dimensional inspection; ensure material traceability, review of mill test certificates against ASME Section II and calibration of measuring and test equipment.
- Drive NCRs, CAPA, root cause analysis, internal quality audits and management reviews; monitor weld repair rate, rejection and rework trends, and compile Manufacturing Data Records and final documentation dossiers
