We are looking for a proactive
Lead Generation Specialist
with experience in
market research, prospect identification, lead generation, and appointment setting
. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the
IT Services, Custom Software Development, Software Solutions, or Technology Consulting industry
and should be able to identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
B2B market research
to identify target industries, companies, market segments, and potential business opportunities.
- Research and identify key decision-makers such as
CTOs, CIOs, Founders, CEOs, and Business Heads
within target organizations.
- Identify companies investing in
AI, automation, software platforms, cloud migration, digital transformation, or engineering expansion
initiatives.
- Track
industry trends, competitor activities, technology adoption patterns, and emerging market opportunities
to identify potential prospects.
- Collect accurate prospect information including company details, decision-maker details,



LinkedIn profiles, technology landscape, business requirements, and relevant business triggers.
- Build and maintain an updated prospect database with qualified leads for outreach and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, buying intent, authority, budget, and timeline (
BANT framework
).
- Execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to engage prospects.
- Schedule qualified appointments/meetings for the sales team.
- Nurture cold and warm leads through consistent follow-ups.
- Provide insights on target segments, prospect pain points, messaging approach, and reasons why prospects may need

- Maintain accurate lead records and collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Key Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Inside Sales.
- Mandatory experience in IT Services, Custom Sof
