Role Description
The Digital Hiring Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing, design, development, and related positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews,



and coordinating selection processes. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and create transparent, engaging job postings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines, using digital platforms and social media to attract talent, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, tracking hiring metrics, and continuously improving recruitment strategies to support the company’s growth.
