Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY

XElements Health Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales and expand the market presence of our healthcare and medical device solutions.

The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting client visits and product demonstrations, building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, and channel partners, and converting opportunities into business.

Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or B2B sales will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across assigned territories.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, and potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate healthcare and medical device products to prospective customers.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Identify new markets and potential customer segments for business expansion.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market requirements.
