- 5+ Experience in Consumer Electronics, Retail Service, After-Sales Service or Service Business Operations.
- Strong experience in multi-location service/business operations and regional team management.
- Proven experience in business growth, sales/commercial performance and target achievement.
- Robust exposure to customer experience, service operations and escalation management.
- Experience in vendor management and people leadership.
- Good analytical, decision-making and stakeholder-management skills.
