E-commerce Operations Executive Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for freshers to join our E-commerce Operations / Back Office team.

In this role, you will work on e-commerce website data, data validation, Excel-based activities, and basic Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) support. This is a non-voice back-office role and is a positive opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in data and e-commerce operations.

What You Will Do
- Handle and maintain data related to the e-commerce website.
- Perform data entry, validation, updating, and quality checks.
- Work with MS Excel for data management and reconciliation.
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and basic formulas.
- Support basic SFMC-related data and campaign activities as per process requirements.
- Check data for accuracy, missing information, duplicates, and discrepancies.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Follow defined processes and maintain data accuracy and quality.
- Support day-to-day e-commerce back-office operations.

Who Can Apply?
- Freshers / candidates with 01 year of experience.
- Graduate from any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with data and repetitive process-oriented activities.
- Comfortable working in a night-shift environment.

Work Schedule

7:30 PM to 4:30 AM

The role can be supported from home, but candidates should be comfortable reporting to the office whenever required based on business needs.
