1. Position Summary:

The AVP - Talent Acquisition (Infrastructure Consulting) will lead the recruitment function for infrastructure and engineering businesses. The role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, strengthening talent pipelines, and ensuring the timely hiring and onboarding of high-quality professionals across engineering, technical and project management functions.

2. Role Overview:





The position requires an experienced recruitment leader with strong knowledge of the infrastructure consulting and engineering ecosystem. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and sector heads to understand workforce requirements and build a robust pipeline of professionals across Water, Urban Infrastructure, Transportation, Renewable Energy, Buildings, Environment and Project Management.

3. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure and engineering positions across multiple sectors, functions and experience levels.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and expansion plans.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering, technical and project management professionals through direct sourcing, professional networks, executive search firms and other channels.
- Partner closely with business leaders and Sector Heads to understand manpower requirements, define hiring priorities and ensure timely closure of positions.
