Role Description

This full time on site role involves design of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and Building Services in architecture and urban planning projects complying with the relevant codes, standards and guidelines for all projects .

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Environmental Engineering, PHE, Mechanical Engineering, (Master's degree would be an added advantage).
- Registration or affiliation with relevant professional bodies.
- Ten (10)



years experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position of designing and assisting in MEP works of large scale projects; or
- combination of training and experience.
- Plumbing, MEP Coordination, and Building Services skills
- Expertise in Electrical Engineering and MEP
- Experience in managing Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing aspects
- Knowledge of building services in small and large scale architectural projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant certification or degree in relevant Engineering discipline

Job responsibilities
- Engineering Designs with Calculations for Drainage, Water supply Systems, Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems, Electrical Systems, Pumping Systems, HVAC Systems, and Fire Detection and Suppression Systems in compliance to all local and international codes and guidelines.
- Prepare Tender & Construction Drawings along with Engineering Design Plans working alongside architects.
