Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with experience in selling or handling SaaS products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities for SaaS products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Present and explain SaaS product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry to conversion.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and strengthening customer relationships.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Inside Sales.




- Experience in SaaS sales or SaaS products is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of consistently working towards monthly sales goals.
- Confident in communicating with prospects and converting leads into customers.
- Ability to understand software/SaaS products and explain them effectively to customers.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and performance-driven.
