Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Amazon Buyer-Seller Messaging, email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery, returns, refunds, warranty, and other post-sale queries.
- Monitor Amazon orders and follow up on delayed, undelivered, refused, or delivery-attempted shipments.
- Coordinate with courier partners for delivery reattempts, address issues, OTP problems, and urgent deliveries.
- Handle Amazon return and refund requests within required timelines.
- Manage and respond to A-to-Z Guarantee claims and prepare supporting documents for appeals.
- Raise and follow up on Amazon Seller Central support cases.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for returns, wrong-product returns, damaged items, missing contents, and serial-number verification.
- Maintain supporting records such as invoices, PODs, tracking details, packaging videos, product images, and return-unboxing videos.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are completely resolved.




- Monitor negative seller feedback and other customer-service-related account issues.
- Maintain daily records of enquiries, pending cases, resolved cases, returns, refunds, and claims.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer-support reports for management.
- Coordinate with Amazon, warehouse, logistics, accounts, and internal operations teams.
- Ensure qualified communication and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills Required
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of customer support, returns, refunds, and logistics coordination.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer cases and prioritize urgent issues.

Experience: Prior experience in Amazon / e-commerce customer support is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
