About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible project coordinator interns to support our project team in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of computers/IT, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments and project stakeholders for day-to-day project activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team and assist in tracking project-related tasks and requirements.
- Follow up with concerned departments regarding pending activities, documents, and payments.
- Maintain project-related records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and updating project trackers and status reports.
- Coordinate communication between the project team, technical team,



and other departments.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team.
- Escalate delays, issues, or pending activities to the concerned team members.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computers and IT-related work.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with different departments and team members.
- Willingness to learn technical and project-related processes.
