Job Overview

We are looking for
friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Stewards / Service Staff
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and assist customers with their selections.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and café staff to ensure timely service.




- Transparent and reset tables promptly.
- Handle customer requests and concerns politely.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
- Support the team during busy hours and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
- Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
