We are constructing a recent residential house in Nipania Indore and are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Junior Civil Engineer to independently supervise the construction on behalf of the homeowner.

Location: Indore (Nipania)
Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month
Experience: 3–7 years preferred
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred

Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise the contractor and ensure work is executed as per architectural and structural drawings.
- Check RCC work including footing, columns, beams and slabs.
- Verify reinforcement bar diameter, spacing, quantity, laps, cover and shuttering before concrete is poured.
- Check quality and approximate quantity of cement, steel, sand, aggregate, bricks/blocks and other materials.
- Monitor concrete mixing, placement, vibration and finishing.
- Ensure proper and timely curing / tarai of concrete.
- Check line, level, dimensions, alignment and overall workmanship.
- Monitor masonry, plastering, waterproofing and other civil work.




- Check plumbing/electrical provisions before they are concealed.
- Identify poor-quality work, deviations or material substitutions and immediately report them to the homeowner.
- Take photographs of important construction stages and maintain basic site records.
- Send a short WhatsApp report after site visits covering work completed, materials received, quality issues, curing status and upcoming work.
- Coordinate with the contractor but remain independent and responsible to the homeowner.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone with practical residential construction/site experience, preferably 3+ years.

The candidate should:
- Be able to understand basic architectural and structural drawings.
- Have strong practical knowledge of RCC construction.
- Be capable of identifying construction-quality issues.
- Be honest and independent.
- Be comfortable questioning the contractor when work is not as per specifications.
- Be available for 4–5+
