We have the following opening for our client, a leading retail fashion brand requires for its Retail stores,

Area Retail Manager - Chennai

Experience: Min 5-10 years as Area sales/retail Manager in Apparel/Footwear/Spectacles industry.

Job Description:

1. The candidate will oversee 12-15 stores in the regions.

Responsibilities include driving year-on-year growth, ensuring profitability, providing training, managing store team recruitment, and closely monitoring adherence to SOPs.

2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 7-10 COCO stores, is required.

3. Solid analytical skills are essential, along with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.

4.



The role involves extensive travel, approximately 12-15 days per month.

5. Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to train and motivate the team within the assigned territory.

6. Educational qualifications should include a Graduate degree or MBA.
