3+ years of experience in IT Staffing (Mandatory).
CTC - Upto 25 LPA
What You'll Do
As a Business Consultant in BIG, you will:
Consulting & Problem Solving
Diagnose client challenges through structured analysis.
Co-create solutions with stakeholders and internal teams.
Align every engagement to measurable business impact (ROI, efficiency, scalability).
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and digital channels.
Develop a robust pipeline of leads across industries and geographies.
Craft compelling outreach strategies to initiate conversations.
CXO & Decision Maker Engagement
Connect and build relationships with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
Conduct impactful client presentations and solution pitches.
Influence strategic discussions and position of organisation as a trusted partner.
Business Collaterals & GTM Support
Work with marketing & product teams to design business decks, proposals, and case studies.
Create impactful collateral to showcase capabilities in Digital Engineering, AI, Cloud, and Staffing.
Contribute to thought leadership (blogs, insights, whitepapers).
Account Management & Growth
Own key client accounts and ensure consistent delivery satisfaction.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership opportunities.
Serve as the bridge between client business needs and organisation delivery teams.
Impact Measurement & Strategy
Define success metrics and track impact for every engagement.
Continuously suggest improvements for client growth and VAYUZ positioning.
