We are looking for a confident and patient-focused Cataract Surgery Counsellor to guide patients through the cataract surgery process and support them in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients and attendants regarding cataract surgery procedures.
Explain surgery options, benefits, risks, and pre- and post-operative care.
Explain the estimated surgery cost and available packages.
Coordinate with doctors, OT, and other departments for surgery scheduling.
Follow up with patients who are advised for surgery.
Maintain proper records of counselling and patient follow-ups.
Address patient and attendant queries professionally.
Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the counselling process.
Achieve assigned counselling and surgery conversion targets.
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-friendly and convincing approach.
Basic knowledge of cataract surgery and ophthalmology is preferred.
Previous experience in hospital counselling, patient relations, or healthcare sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
