Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Developer to lead the design and implementation of modern enterprise applications. You will spearhead our transition into Pega's contemporary architectural paradigms, specifically leveraging the Pega Constellation architecture. The ideal candidate will combine deep Pega expertise with strong front-end skills in React JS to build seamless, high-performance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Constellation Development: Drive the architectural design and development of Pega Constellation applications from scratch, acting as the primary subject matter expert.
- Front-End Integration: Develop, customize, and extend Pega UI components using React JS to create modern, responsive, and user-centric interfaces.
- Application Architecture: Design technical solutions in Pega Infinity, ensuring strict adherence to Pega guardrails, reusable enterprise layers, and security standards.




- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices in Constellation-specific design patterns.
- Integration API Management: Design and implement robust REST/SOAP integrations and DX API services to connect Pega with external systems and custom React front-ends.
- Performance Tuning: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance across both backend rule resolution and frontend UI rendering.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX Designers to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical workflows.
