Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented
Reservation Executive
to manage room reservations, guest enquiries, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.



The candidate will be responsible for maximizing room occupancy and revenue while ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservations through telephone, email, online channels, travel agents, and other booking platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
- Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and no-show bookings accurately.
- Maintain updated records of reservations, room availability, rates, and guest details.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Follow up on tentative bookings and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Ensure accurate communication of room rates, packages, inclusions, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
- Handle group bookings, corporate bookings, OTA reservations, and travel-agent bookings as required.
