Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Head NPD for a reputed pharmaceutical company to lead new product development initiatives from concept to commercialization.
- Lead formulation and NPD activities across various dosage forms.
- Drive QbD, formulation optimization, BE studies and product development.
- Manage technology transfer, scale-up and process validation.
- Support regulatory submissions for USFDA, EU and other regulated markets.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Regulatory, BD and Marketing teams.




- Drive innovation, cost optimization and product pipeline development.
- Lead, mentor and develop the NPD/Formulation team.

Preferred candidate profile
- M.Pharm / PhD in Pharmaceutics
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical R&D; experience.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in formulation development, QbD, DOE, BE, dissolution and stability.
- Experience with regulated-market products and global regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines and patent/IP considerations.
