AGM / DGM Business Development Facility Management (IFM / MEP)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth for the Facility Management division. The role will focus on acquiring Integrated Facility Management (IFM), MEP and Technical Services contracts across corporate, industrial, healthcare, data centre, commercial and institutional segments.

The ideal candidate should have a robust industry network, proven experience in closing high-value FM contracts and the ability to independently manage the complete business development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and acquire large-scale IFM, MEP and technical service contracts.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Facility Heads, Procurement Heads, Developers and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement and tendering to negotiation and contract closure.
- Lead high-value RFQs/RFPs and tenders,



including techno-commercial proposals, costing and margin analysis.
- Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, payment terms, escalations and contractual conditions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate business forecasts.
- Identify new business opportunities across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and surrounding markets.
- Develop sector-specific strategies across corporate, industrial, healthcare, data center, logistics and commercial segments.
- Coordinate with Operations for smooth contract handover and mobilisation.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals and account expansion.
- Ensure commercial viability and profitability of new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:
- 815 years of experience in Facility Management / IFM / MEP Business Development.
- Proven track record of acquiring large-value FM/IFM contracts.
