Job Description – Car Sales Consultant

Position: Car Sales Consultant
Location: MG Prabhadevi Showroom
Department: Sales
Experience: 1–3 years in Automobile Sales preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance and insurance options.
- Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives.
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, references, digital platforms and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings and retail sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



bookings and customer interactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales processes.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and confident personality.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of automobile products and the car sales process is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Automobile Sales / Car Dealership / Showroom Sales will be preferred.
