Role Description
The Visa Applications Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for guiding students through the entire visa application process, including document collection, form completion, appointment scheduling, and submission tracking. The Visa Applications Executive will communicate with students and their families, provide clear instructions on visa requirements, and ensure all applications meet relevant guidelines and deadlines.



The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal counseling and admissions teams, and staying updated on visa regulations and policies for multiple countries. The Visa Applications Executive will also handle basic administrative tasks related to visa files and deliver professional, timely support to enhance the student experience.
