Employer Partnerships Lead

you will serve as the bridge between industry demand and the talent pool of women with disabilities. You are responsible for securing formal manufacturing job opportunities while ensuring the workplace is accessible and suitable for our candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation & Outreach
- Conduct cold outreach to manufacturing partners in target industrial clusters to secure demand for talent.
- Secure Letters of Intent (LOIs) and specific job vacancies from manufacturing partners to ensure a steady pipeline of roles.
- Translate hiring requirements into actionable job-fitment criteria for the training and mobilization teams.

2. Site Audits & Compliance
- Conduct factory site safety and accessibility assessments to ensure inclusive infrastructure, shift timings, and transport options to ensure they meet the specific safety and mobility needs of women with disabilities.
- Ensure every placement site meets the Job-Fitment standards req
