Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for pharmaceutical products using research and development techniques.
- Conduct experiments in a laboratory setting to test new formulations and improve existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop pilot plants to scale up production of high-quality products.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in chemical research & development or related field.
- Robust understanding of chemistry principles and their application in industry settings.
- Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
