Role Objective

To ensure timely and accurate compliance of GST, TDS, TCS, statutory reconciliations, return preparation, and submission of complete financial and taxation data to the Company's Chartered Accountant (CA) for regulatory compliance and audit requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Prepare and verify GST data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns; reconcile sales, purchases & ITC; coordinate with vendors for GST mismatches.

· Deduct TDS as per applicable Income Tax provisions, prepare TDS working sheets, reconcile TDS ledgers/challans, and share quarterly data with CA.





· Monitor TCS-applicable transactions, ensure correct collection/accounting, and maintain TCS records and reconciliations.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual taxation data for the CA; coordinate on GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax and audit requirements; resolve CA/auditor queries.

· Record day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP; maintain tax ledgers, vendor accounts and statutory records; support monthly/yearly closing.

· Maintain statutory records, tax documentation and compliance calendars; ensure audit-readiness of all records.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Education: Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Semi-qualified CA / CA-Inter preferred).

· Experience: 2–6 years in Accounts, Taxation & Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, TCS).

· Software: Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP / accounting software, and MS Excel.

· Taxation Knowledge: Sound understanding of GST, TDS, TCS provisions and statutory return filing processes.

· Coordination: Valuable coordination and communication skills
