Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our admissions and sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them on suitable programs, handling objections, following up with leads, and converting qualified prospects into enrolled students.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about education, sales, gaming, technology, and student counselling.

Key Responsibilities




- Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing, social media, website, webinars, and other channels.
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, career goals, and financial considerations.
- Explain EXR's courses, curriculum, career opportunities, learning methodology, fees, EMI options, and admission process.
- Conduct effective counselling sessions and recommend the most suitable program.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Follow up consistently with interested and undecided prospects.
- Handle objections related to fees, career opportunities, course duration, job prospects, online/offline learning, and parental concerns.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve individual monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Accounts teams
