Knowledge of market in Delhi & NCR for Mechanical & Electrical products. Knowledge of PO.
He should be capable to procure the material within the timeframe.
Familiar with maintaining the documentation of ISO/API.
Valuable knowledge of computer. Negotiation with local vendors.
