Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and AI-enabled Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, analysing performance, and building a robust online community. The role will also involve using AI tools to improve content creation, research, ideation, audience engagement, analytics, and overall social media efficiency.

The candidate should be comfortable combining creativity, social media expertise, and emerging AI tools to produce high-quality content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Manage the company's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant channels.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies based on audience behaviour and trends.




- Build and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, formats, algorithms, and emerging content styles.

2. Content Planning & Creation
- Develop creative concepts for posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, campaigns, and other social media formats.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, CTAs, scripts, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, influencers, and internal teams to deliver content.
- Ensure content is aligned with the company's brand identity, tone, and communication guidelines.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats suitable for different platforms.

3. AI-Powered Content Creation
- Use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, research, copywriting, scripting, and content repurposing.
