Role & responsibilities :

1. Planning & Execution
- Study the major aspects of the assigned part of the project to understand scope of work.
- Study of BOQ and technical specifications.
- Study GFC drawings and prepare detailed planning for the assigned works in line with the base line schedule for a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- To work out the resources with respect to the planning.
- Finalize work sequence and organize work in line with targets and ensure productivity.
- Ensure availability and understanding of (WMS) work method statement with the execution team and get mock up approved from the client / PMC wherever required.
- Guide the team assigned to the work on technicalities involved in the work, workmanship and Quality requirements and how to achieve the same without creating a re-work situation.
- Have an overall view of the safety requirements of the site/area assigned and support safety to achieve secure work place at all stages of work.
- Identify any unique or challenging part of the structures to be focused on.




- Deploy the optimum team/workforce for desired productivity.
- Have the team aligned to focus of wastage reduction and housekeeping.
- Create the awareness in the team and make sure that the Plant & Machinery does not remain idle at work place.
- Create a discipline in the team for daily progress reporting & planning for next days work in advance.
- Discuss liquidation plan with team and PM under special circumstances to tide over the setbacks.
- Ensuring timely preparation, certification and submission of relevant JMRs to the billing engineer.
- Identify surplus material and shift or return the same to optimize rentals.
- Monitor & optimize repetitions of shuttering material. Control wastage and damages.
- Create, delegate and monitor uninterrupted work front to respective contractors with necessary resources to meet the targets.

- Timely preparation submission and approval of BBS for assigned structures. Ens
