Role Description
The CoE Practice Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading and managing a Center of Excellence within MAG Resources Revolution. This role oversees practice strategy, service delivery, and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Day-to-day activities include defining practice standards and methodologies, supervising practice teams, reviewing project plans and outcomes, and providing guidance on complex engagements.



The CoE Practice Head collaborates with cross-functional leaders in HR, recruitment, training, software development, and consulting to design integrated solutions, drive innovation, and optimize operational efficiency. The role involves managing key client relationships, monitoring practice metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and mentoring team members to build capabilities and maintain high-quality service levels.

Qualifications
- Strategic practice leadership skills, including experience in leading a Center of Excellence, defining service offerings, and driving continuous improvement.
- Operational management capabilities, such as resource planning, performance monitoring, process optimization, and budget oversight.
