- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML applications in production environments.
- Robust expertise in Python with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and/or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and domain-specific model fine-tuning, including GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade RAG solutions, AI Agents, and agentic/multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
- Good knowledge of vector search, vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate, along with knowledge graphs and AI evaluation/observability practices.
- Robust understanding of machine learning, deep learning, predictive modeling, classification, NLP, and computer vision,



including image classification, object detection, and segmentation.
- Experience deploying scalable AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI automation platforms including n8n, Dify, Flowise, or LangFlow.
- Ability to convert business requirements into reliable, scalable, and measurable AI solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for emerging AI technologies.
- Open-source contributions, research publications, or active participation in AI communities will be an added advantage.
