Role Overview
This role sits within our entertainment and video content vertical, one of the most-watched youth entertainment brands in the country. The team behind it puts out everything from quick, punchy comedy and street-format videos to longer interview and documentary-style series, across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, in both English and Hindi.

We're looking for an Editor in Chief to lead the video team and own the full range of that output. You'll set the editorial and creative bar, run a busy production calendar across multiple formats at once, and build the team that can keep up with it.

Key Responsibilities
Set the Editorial and Creative Vision
- Define the tone, quality bar, and creative direction across every video format we run
- Decide what gets made, what gets killed, and why
- Keep a sharp eye on culture and trends, and turn that into ideas fast enough to matter

Lead the Video Team
- Manage editors, writers, and production staff across multiple shows and formats
- Hire, mentor, and build out the team as the slate grows
- Review cuts and scripts, and give feedback that actually raises the bar
