About the Role

Mahendra Transformers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, references, and other sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support order closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant sales/marketing qualification is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to travel for customer visits when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Experience in transformers, electrical equipment, power products, or industrial B2B sales will be an advantage.
