Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead internal audits across various business lines, including corporate, retail, wholesale, HRSD, and treasury functions.
- Develop and execute audit plans to identify risks and opportunities for improvement in financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions from audit findings and monitor progress towards closure.
- Provide guidance on auditing best practices to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.

Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field (e.g., finance).
- Robust understanding of banking industry regulations (e.g., Basel II) and corporate governance principles.
- Proven expertise in auditing various types of transactions (retail assets, liabilities, credit) using advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
