We are looking for a candidate who can handle the complete gamut of HR Activities as per the below JD

Location : Bangalore (Bommasandra Plant)

- Building positive employee relationship Build appropriate strategy to build good employee relationship at Plant Level.
- Create proper two way communication system at the shop floor and ensure the employee grievance are addressed proactively.
- Forecast manpower requirement and drive recruitment process accordingly.
- Ensure implementation of a smooth onboarding and mentoring program for new joinees
- Responsible for smooth separation and analyse exit interview results, identify trends and make recommendations to increase the retention of talent
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and file returns and other related documents on time




- Liaise with government agencies and other external environment to maintain a healthy relationship
- Ensure compliance to all legal and statutory requirements like PF, ESI etc.
- Ensure facilitation of a protected and conducive working environment for the contract workers
- Train all employees to follow Safe work practices and ensure that all employees follow the same
- Responsible for timely payment to all contract labors
- Ensure the vendors follow all statutory requirements especially ESI and PF. Create proper checks and controls for verifications
- Take up periodical audits of various compliance
- Other Day to Day Activities assigned by the RM
