About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling e-commerce logistics & fulfillment solutions provider operating across India’s top marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), we enable brands to scale operations with lean, tech-driven warehouse networks. Our managers oversee end-to-end fulfillment — from inbound logistics and inventory accuracy to order dispatch, returns, and vendor coordination — ensuring 99.5% SLA compliance for high-volume sellers.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations across Amazon/Flikart FBA/FBM compliance guidelines — from receiving to dispatch, returns, and quality checks.
- Drive inventory accuracy (99.8%+) via cycle counts, bin management, and WMS reconciliation with marketplace platforms.
- Lead a 20–50 member team — operators, pickers, packers — ensuring safety, productivity KPIs, and shift-wise output targets.
- Optimize space, labor, and workflows to reduce order-to-ship time by 20%+ while maintaining Amazon A-to-Z and Flipkart SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with 3PLs, carrier partners, and marketplace support teams for issue resolution,



shipment delays, and refund escalations.
- Implement process improvements using Lean, 5S, and digital tools (e.g., EZOffice, Flexe, or custom WMS) to cut operational costs by 15% YoY.
