ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Coordinator to manage the internal workflow between sales,

design, production, and dispatch. You will ensure every modular furniture order moves through the process on

time, with complete and accurate documentation at every stage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Track and coordinate the movement of orders across sales, design, production, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate order files, job cards, and process documentation for every project.

•
Liaise daily with the production floor and vendors to confirm timelines and flag delays.

•
Prepare and circulate internal status reports and process trackers to relevant teams.

•
Follow up on approvals, material readiness, and quality checks before dispatch.

•
Identify process bottlenecks and escalate issues to management for quick resolution.

•
Support smooth handover of completed orders to the CRM/delivery team.

REQUIREMENTS

•
Graduate in any discipline; freshers with robust organizational skills may apply.

•
0-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or back-office roles.

•
Prior exposure to a manufacturing or furniture/interiors setup is an advantage.
