- Key Responsibilities
- Goal-oriented finance leader for acquired entity to ensure timely closure of books and submission of deliverables on a monthly basis
- Assist in publishing monthly MIS in a timely manner, conducting financial data analysis, Variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Support business operations, prepare financial statements, possess expert knowledge in IND AS
- Knowledge of M&A; and related documentation, Understanding of business models, PPA,
- Ensure compliance with post-acquisition requirements, Drive Post-Merger Financial Integration, and present to committees and stakeholders




- Manage payroll and ensure compliance
- Understanding and practical experience in both PF, TDS, GST, and other regulatory requirements
- Establish financial controls, Oversee quarterly/annual audits
- Design and implement controls, Enhance process understanding, improvement, and alignment
- Effectively convey your insights and strategies to cross-functional team members and management
- Demonstrate leadership skills in team building and development, achieving results
