About the Role

As Chief Human Resources Officer, you will own the people agenda for Lets Try Foods and translate business priorities into effective workforce, culture, and compliance systems. You will lead HR strategy, employee relations, labor-law governance, and team capability across the organization. The role requires solid working knowledge of applicable labor laws, the Factories Act, statutory compliance, and practical HR operations. You will partner with leadership to improve workforce effectiveness, strengthen manager accountability, and reduce people-related risk. Success means building a responsive HR function that supports business growth, maintains compliance discipline, and enables teams to perform consistently.
