Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Banca Channel team to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling life insurance products through bank partnerships.
- Manage a team of Area Managers, Cluster Heads, and Branch Managers to ensure productive operations and high performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (insurance industry).
- Proven track record as an Area Manager or Regional Head with excellent leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of banca channel sales principles and practices.
- Excellent team handling abilities with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
