Basic Function

The role is responsible for achieving sales target for export sales function. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of finished good also forms a major part of this role. Adherence to country rules and regulations and timely claiming of export incentives forms an key part of the role.

- Sales Target and Sales Revenue budget
- Timely Collections
- Customer Complaints resolution

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational
- Responsible to provide support to Export sales incharge in dealing all business accounts catering to particular region
- Connecting with the clients to understand their requirements and analyse client potential
- Ensure timely collection of payment from the customers, with minimal outstanding
- Escalate issues in payment, discrepancies and default in payment dates to seniors




- Ensure adherence to country specific regulations and legislations in consultation with the EXIM and Documentation team
- Conduct Market Study, Prospecting, Tracking Competitor activities, business initiation and development

Coordination with other internal team
- Provide necessary information to sales support and sales coordinator related to layout , pdf approval, IMO and costing MID creation
- Coordinate with PDD/ Pre - Press, SCM and Manufacturing team in case of new design and development
- Provide the costing team with customer requirement details and communicate the cost estimate with the team lead
- Follow up with dispatch team and customer for finished goods clearance
- Coordinate with the EXIM function for appropriate documentation of all necessary clearances
- Ensure speedy processing & settlement of claims for shortage, overage and transit loss materials
