Talent Acquisition Executive
to join our
RPO Recruitment Team
and work closely with leading clients

? Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure

• Hiring across Tech, Product, Design, Marketing, Sales & Operations

• Build and manage talent pipelines

• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders

• Manage candidate experience and interview coordination

• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards and hiring updates

? Must-Have Requirements

•
1+ year
of end-to-end recruitment experience

• Agency or early-stage Tech Startup experience preferred

• Solid hiring experience across
Product, Tech & Design
roles

• Experience recruiting for Indian startups/Product companies

•
US/International recruitment experience is not relevant
for this role

• Must be available to join within
7–10 days
