Role & responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with textile vendors and suppliers. Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard new vendors.
- Procurement & PO Management: Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors regarding production, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, inventory aging, replenishment requirements, and stock availability through SAP/ERP reports.
- Production Planning: Prepare and track production plans for new product selections and launches. Monitor production status and dispatch timelines.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, logistics, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Warehouse & Stock Operations: Ensure timely GRN/Stock Inward, stock reconciliation, warehouse coordination, repacking, refurbishment,



and quality checks when required.
- System Management: Maintain vendor master data, create SKU codes, generate EAN/barcodes, and maintain procurement and inventory records in SAP/ERP.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare MIS reports, analyse vendor performance, inventory, stock movement, and identify opportunities for cost and process optimization.

Preferred candidate profile
- Textile industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and inventory management systems.
- Experience in vendor development and procurement negotiations.
- Valuable understanding of warehouse operations and logistics management.
