Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for speech and drama classes, incorporating acting, dancing, film making, and other performing arts techniques.
- Provide individualized coaching to students to improve their public speaking skills, confidence building, and soft skills development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create school productions or events that showcase student talent and promote teamwork.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as debates, plays, or musical performances that foster creativity and self-expression.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.), Theatre Arts (M.A.), or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 0-30+ years of experience in teaching or training in a similar role; relevant industry experience an asset.
- Robust background in acting, anchoring, cinema operations management direction script writing etc.
