About the Role
We are looking for a YouTube Content & Growth Strategist to take ownership of a recent faceless YouTube brand being built for a global English-speaking audience.
The channel sits at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, self-awareness, manifestation, ancient wisdom and modern life.
This is not a traditional social-media-manager role.
We are looking for someone who understands how YouTube actually grows through:
- strong topic selection
- clickable titles
- high-performing thumbnails
- audience psychology
- storytelling
- retention
- competitor research
- analytics
- repeatable content systems
The ideal candidate should be able to take a channel from zero to a scalable content operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. YouTube Strategy
- Develop and continuously refine the overall YouTube content strategy.
- Identify high-potential topics based on audience demand, competitor activity and emerging trends.
- Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps.
- Identify repeatable content formats and winning content pillars.
- Understand the difference between search-led,
The role should identify what is already working and, more importantly, what competitors are not doing yet.
3. Topic, Title & Thumbnail Strategy
Own the packaging of every long-form video.
For each topic, develop:
- working title options
- final title recommendation
- thumbnail concept
- emotional trigger
- curiosity angle
- target viewer
- reason the viewer should click
Titles should avoid generic formats and instead focus on strong emotional or psychological probl
