Telecalling Executive – Creator Support

We are hiring an energetic, soft-spoken, and confident Telecalling Executive for our Creator Support team. The role involves creator onboarding, product explanation, inbound/outbound calling, query resolution, follow-ups, creator relationship management, data management, reporting, and basic data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with creators and explain the product, process, and guidelines.
- Handle creator queries and provide quick, positive solutions.
- Track creator activity, performance, and daily reports.
- Manage creator data using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and solid creator relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for creator-related issues.





Requirements
- Fluent Hindi speaking, reading & writing – Mandatory
- Soft-spoken with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and solution-oriented.
- Good data management and basic data analysis skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and handling multiple creators.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
