1. Day-to-Day Accounting Handle day-to-day accounting activities independently. Verification of invoices, bills, payments and supporting documents. Ensure accuracy and timely recording of financial transactions.

2. Financial Statements Preparation Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statement. Month-end and year-end closing activities. Financial reporting and profitability Cash flow

3. TDS Filing – Tax Deducted at Source TDS calculation, deduction and return filing. TDS reconciliation and statutory compliance. Handling Form 16/16A and related documentation.

4. GST Filing – Goods & Services Tax Preparation and filing of GST returns. GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC).

5. Taxation – Income Tax Income-tax computation and compliance. Advance tax calculation and provisions. Coordination for tax audits and assessments. Handling tax notices,



assessments and related correspondence.

6. SAP & MIS Strong working knowledge of SAP Finance/Accounting. Preparation and analysis of MIS reports. Monthly financial reporting to management.

7. Cash Flow, Fund Flow & Banking Preparation and monitoring of Cash Flow and Fund Flow statements. Working capital management. Cash forecasting and liquidity management.

8. Import & Export Accounting . Handle import/export-related banking transactions and documentation. Foreign currency transaction accounting. Coordination with banks and internal stakeholders for import/export payments.
