Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our game zone. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth floor operations, deliver an excellent customer experience, supervise staff, and maintain all gaming equipment in a protected and operational condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the game zone.
- Supervise floor staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor gaming machines and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Ensure all games and attractions are clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Handle cash collection, billing, and shift-end reconciliation.
- Maintain stock of game cards, tokens, and other operational supplies.




- Train recent employees on operational procedures and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports and share them with management.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and billing systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a game zone, entertainment center, amusement park, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,009.06 per month
