International Voice Process Sales Manager & Sales Agents

Working hours: 9:00 am5:00 pm Melbourne time, Monday to Friday
We are hiring experienced International Voice Process sales professionals to work remotely with Australian customers.
These are performance-focused telephone sales roles for candidates who are confident, organised, methodical and accustomed to working with demanding KPIs.
Mandatory requirements for both roles
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
- Clear pronunciation and a confident, professional telephone manner
- Strong listening and English comprehension skills
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with Australian customers
- Proven ability to convert leads or enquiries into sales over the phone
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills
- Experience working with demanding KPIs and sales targets
- Accurate order entry and customer record management
- Methodical and persistent with callbacks and customer follow-ups
- Comfortable using CRM,
order-entry and online communication systems
- Reliable, punctual and willing to participate in coaching and performance reviews
- Quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet and backup arrangements
Working hours
Candidates must be available to work 9:00 am–5:00 pm Melbourne time throughout the year.
Depending on Australian daylight saving, these hours will generally be:
- 3:30 am–11:30 am IST, or
- 4:30 am–12:30 pm IST

Salary: 70,000–90,000 INR per month
